Experienced pilots, engineers, and autonomy specialists solving GPS-denied navigation challenges.
We are passionate about making our society resilient to the navigational challenges of tomorrow. General over-reliance on use of GPS with no back-up plan in place leaves us all exposed for if (and when) the service is lost. There is a constant threat of this happening in a turbulent and changing world.
Our products have been designed, tested and manufactured in the United Kingdom by a small team of aerospace experts with a combined 40 years in pioneering aerospace.
Notably, a UAV Test Pilot/Commercial Pilot and aerospace consultant, and a physicist with a remarkable career at the forefront of defence UAV technology.
We also have a network of specialists around us from every aspect of the industry.
We explicitly understand this sector: having experienced first-hand the global operational threats in the defence and civil domain (particularly where GPS has failed or been jammed on operation), we are now focused on ensuring that the defence sector can remain operationally resilient in the face of uncertainty.
So we build bespoke hardware products that solve critical challenges and offer secure positioning and navigation resilience in an ever-changing world. Not only for aerospace but for a multitude of industrial use cases.
Riot Aerospace founded by aerospace engineers, UAV test pilots, and a physicist with decades of defence UAV experience.

Conceptually: Designed and built in the United Kingdom, our product range represents an acute understanding of the navigational challenges we face, both civil and military, and addresses threats that we need to overcome in order to maintain an operating global society. They enable the future of autonomous navigation.
Use Cases: Based on our personal experiences within our own careers, our technology solutions are designed to be used in not only our mother industry - aerospace - but are deeply relevant across many other sectors and industries, and, in the future, in other worlds such as the Moon and Mars.
Technically: Our products offer palm-sized integration into any client system, minimal training required and IP54 protection among many other benefits. See below for more about our products.
